WHO IS ALEX C.?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alex C is a Latvian queer indie author whose goal is to share stories about life, adventure, and relatable characters. What started as writing fanfiction about favourite music bands, awkward attempts at poetry, and short unpublished stories about life and love has now blossomed into the completion of a fully original debut novel: \"When Fate Gets in the Way.\" A love for written storytelling, combined with interests in psychology and sociology, has made me extremely motivated to create heroes, worlds, and narratives that I myself would enjoy reading. So, if you also prefer comforting, slow-burn love and life fiction with relatable characters intertwined with their surrounding world, dive into the welcoming exploration of \"When Fate Gets in the Way\" - just the beginning of an anticipated long series. And if you want to see into my past, explore my website further to observe the long way of me learning both English and how to convey my imagination in written form.

This website was originally created so that I could publish my works without worrying about censorship; however, it has now evolved into a portfolio of sorts. A place where I can preserve my past creations like butterfly husks in a glass frame. I can't say I view my past works with the same eyes anymore because, as time passed and I grew up, the meaning of many of those short pieces has changed for me (as well as my perception of their quality). However, the past deserves to be preserved - as a glimpse of the history of a long journey that I had to pave for myself to become who I am now. You might not like some of it, or any of it, but the reason for its existence is beyond pure admiration. So, enjoy the window to the past, to the history, and to the emotions that wielded me at those stages of my life. And I hope to see you in the future, joining me on this winding road of unpredictability and change.
